AI orchestrator

AI orchestrates. You hold the strings.

Kraang does not put AI between you and your obligations. The modules run on their own — records are kept, deadlines are raised, evidence stands. AI is a layer above them: it turns a sentence into an action and pulls into one answer what otherwise sits scattered across several records. The decision and the signature stay with a person.

It works through the modules, not beside them

There is no separate “AI part” with its own data. The orchestrator calls the same actions a user would call by hand, in the same modules and under the same rules.

Nothing happens quietly

Every action enters the same audit trail as a human one: who asked, what changed and from which value to which. If it is wrong, it is visible and it can be reverted.

It sees no more than the person it acts for

Permissions are not bypassed. What a user may not open, the orchestrator does not open on their behalf.

It is switched on, not assumed

A client who does not want AI gets the same system, without a single AI action. This is a layer you turn on when it earns its place, not a condition for the platform to work.

That is why there is no promise here that “AI will run safety for you”. Responsibility does not transfer to software — not in front of an inspector, not after an accident. What transfers is the work of assembling the data.

Nine years running inside production plants, through shifts and inspection days. Almost no feature was designed up front — each one came out of a real situation, a mistake and a correction on site.

We remove pointless work

Retyping, the same e-mails, manual reports and chasing deadlines — everything that adds no value is done by the system. People solve real problems instead of administering paperwork.

Inspection-ready

If the law allows a piece of data to be requested, the system keeps it and records it. Full change history and field-level audit — no more “I did not change that”.

Rules nobody invents at a desk

Four decisions that ended up in the system because the plant floor proved the alternative does not work:

  1. 01 Medical examinations are kept as history, not as current state — after an injury the question is what was valid on that day, not what is valid today.
  2. 02 Compliance is calculated on active employees only, cascading — otherwise the archive drags the percentage down forever and nobody looks at it again.
  3. 03 Personal protective equipment is the exception to the records rule — issued equipment must stay visible long after the record stops being current.
  4. 04 A contractor needs a pass and an induction before the gate — checking documents after entry produces minutes, not control.
