Chemical industry: whatever enters the plant has to leave it recorded
In a chemical plant nothing stays inside — substances reach people, water, air and waste, and each of those routes carries its own permit, its own measurement and its own deadline. The same holds for plants that use chemistry without producing it — electroplating and surface finishing carry the same obligations. Kraang keeps records, deadlines and evidence in a state where they can be produced the same day, instead of being assembled once the inspector is already in the office.
What makes this industry different
Four things that cannot wait in a chemical plant
The substance is invisible and still has to be proven
Exposure is not judged by feel — workplace environment testing, medical examinations and protective equipment have to match the workplace and the substance actually used there.
Everything leaves the plant
Wastewater, air emissions and hazardous waste go out under a permit, with a measurement plan and a fee based on what was measured. A missed measurement cannot be recovered afterwards.
Formulations and suppliers change faster than documentation
Every new substance brings a new safety data sheet, a new risk assessment and new briefings — and that is exactly what falls behind first on paper.
A shutdown brings other people into the risk zone
Contractors enter a plant where a mistake does not cost only them. Work permits, training and insurance have to be valid on the day of entry, not on average across the year.
Obligations and where they sit
What a chemical plant keeps, and in which module
None of this is news to anyone running a plant. The difference is that on Kraang every item carries an owner, a deadline and its evidence.
Hazardous substances on site
The list of substances, safety data sheets and proof that the employee was briefed on that specific substance.
Workplace environment testing
Chemical hazards, microclimate, noise and lighting per workplace, renewed before they expire.
Medical examinations for high-risk workplaces
Who goes for which examination and by when — tied to the workplace, not the department.
Training and emergency response
Safe-work training, drills and a record showing who went through them and when.
Personal protective equipment
Chemical, respiratory and eye protection — assignment, service life and a signed handover.
Work equipment, ventilation and detection
Periodic inspections, a maintenance plan and a service history that gets asked for years later.
Wastewater
The permit, the measurement plan, analysis results and fees for discharged water.
Hazardous waste
Daily records, waste movement, handover to a licensed operator and the annual report.
Air emissions
Measurements at emission sources and renewal deadlines, with the findings attached to the record.
Contractors entering the plant
Overhauls, servicing and waste collection — no valid papers, no entry.
Next step
Show us your plant, not your spreadsheet
In the consultation we go through your obligations and see what carries over from your existing records and what the system runs from day one.
Consultation
Let us talk about your obligations
Tell us which domains are choking you — safety, environment, the fleet, or all of it at once. In the consultation we walk through your actual processes and show what Kraang takes off your desk.
- No obligation — first we understand your process
- You enable only the domains you need
- Migration from existing spreadsheets and your old system
- Cloud, dedicated database or an installation inside your infrastructure
